Flowerdale Corporate Retreat

The ANZ Flowerdale Corporate Retreat centred on the restoration and adaption of the historic Flowerdale Homestead, parts of which date from 1836.

While contracting to Richard Fahkry and Assoc, Peter Dann oversaw this $7m project. The homestead was modified, extended and restored to provide suites for senior executives, and a dining room to seat 100, together with a billiard room, meeting rooms and associated services.

In addition, the project included 2 accommodation wings, restoration of stables, water storage and treatment, sewer treatment, a lake, a 9 hole golf course, swimming pool and tennis courts.
